SBA Disaster Loans for Landlords

Just wanted to bring attention that Landlords/Rental Property Owners affected by the Covid-19 pandemic are eligible for the SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loans. 

Quick details on the loans:

  • These loans are up to $2MM
  • The loan terms are 30 years, 3.75% rate
  • First 12 months of payments deferred 
  • No prepayment penalty
  • Funds are to be used for working capital needs

Landlors, be sure to select Economic Injury. These loans will take a minimum of 3 weeks and there many people applying for them.  Please apply now as this is first come first served. Read the details at the link provided and be prepared to submit complete package of required information.
